BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Sewards is a contemporary Bristol artist who, because of family visa problems, has been travelling to Japan and Berlin, where he has been carrying out his exquisite miniature watercolours, painted using tea and coffee to dilute them. He studies shapes, lines and the contours of cities, where the absence of human presence is used to illustrate the structural and industrial world we live in.

Aaron was selected for the Jerwood drawing prize in 2010 and has had his artworks published in the book “Midwest” by Tom Cops.
