Hridaya Hatha Yoga with Emma Dibben
We were at University with Emma Dibben, where we all studied illustration and became good friends. Emma went on to be a very succesful illustrator, specialising in paintings of food and plants. She worked (and still works) for high end clients like Waitrose, The Guardian, BBC Country File , Penguin / Hodder & Stoughton, The Natural History Museum... to name but a few.
Alongside her illustration career, Emma has always had a passion for nature, being one of the first of our friends to get a city allotement years ago, before they were in demand. She has travelled around the world in search of different ways of living, plant medicine teachings and alternative food production methods. She has trained in many different areas, including permaculture and yoga. Emma is now a qualified yoga teacher, sharing her teachings in the UK, France and Portugal.
Hridaya hatha yoga is a gentle and meditative practice exploring inner awareness and self enquiry.
